ABOUT US
I'm Derek Mikolajczyk, Quantum Freight Logistics, Inc. founder and general manager.
I have over 15 years of experience in virtually every position
of transportation - from truck driver to dispatcher
to trucking company owner to freight broker.
This extensive experience at all levels of the transportation industry gives me a tremendous advantage over
most other freight brokers who have never
been in the trucking trenches, e.g. offer advice right on the dock on how to load and secure freight in the safest manner,
deal directly with an angry driver to defuse
a conflict situation, drive through the Sierra Nevada mountains in a blizzard at midnight, or or proactively solve a problem for a shipper right on their dock.
Now I've built such a team and like to hire people with similar extensive (and intensive) experience.
OUR TEAM CONSISTS OF SPOCs/PAMs - Single Point of Contact/Personal Account Managers which ensures smooth communication and high efficiency.
